Terms of Service
All payments must be made in full within 7 days of the clean date. If payments have not been made in full after 30 days, we will pass the details of the customer to a debt collection agency to recover on our behalf. An additional fees will be added to the debt to cover collection costs.
7 days notice is required for skipping a clean. Notice should be sent to email@example.com.
If gate is locked / access problems we will clean all accessible windows and charge 75% of clean price.

Any complaints about a window clean need to be reported within 24hrs for a re-clean or full amount will be invoiced.
We will clean the windows on the day scheduled regardless of the weather, this is to ensure our customers always know when to expect us with exception of dangerous weather in which case the customer will be kept informed.
“Doorstep Cancellations” will result in 75% charge of invoice amount and may cancel any ongoing service with us without further notice.
If for any reason you should wish to cancel our services we require 7 days notice this can be done by telephone on 01273 803246 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer one off window cleans, because of this a cancellation charge of £30.00 will be payable if cancelled before a second clean has taken place.
For Health and Safety it is imperative that the areas where we work are free from Dog / Cat mess, we will not clean these areas but will charge the full booked price.
If you are having your internal windows cleaned we require you to clear windowsills and obstructive furniture so we can continue with our work efficiently and safely.
As we aim to give an uncomplicated, hassle free service therefor we have a policy of never knocking on a customers door, gates / access should be possible on arrival.
